Manpower and resource planning for achieving given targets. – Over all administration of the project. – Micro level planning for the whole project. – Site level cash flow planning to be submitted to the coordinators for finalization. – Month wise budgeting for site expenses. – Over control regarding maintenance of quality assurance. – Client handling at site/HQ level if needed. – Cost reduction of majorly used items. – Executing and achieving the targets as assigned by the Project Coordinator. – Evaluating Engaging work contractors for achieving the given targets after final approval from the project coordinator. – Monthly resource planning for timely execution to be submitted for the financial year to the project coordinators for finalization. – Looking at the overall maintenance of machinery at site.
